Stacey L. Chaney Obituary (1968

Stacey L. Chaney, 48, of Shelbyville, passed away January 16, 2017 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Shelbyville on June 11, 1968 to Edward Tucker and Sandra (Shepard) Thompson. She married Sherman J. "Jeff" Chaney on October 5, 1985 and he survives. Other survivors include: her parents of Shelbyville, Step mother- Diana Chaney of Shelbyville, 3 children- Jeffrey, Jeremy, & Jennifer Chaney, all of Shelbyville. Siblings- Janie Boucher (husband Bob) of Waldron, Brian & Mike Tucker of Greenwood, Ricky Tucker (wife Stacey), & Michelle Barnhart (husband Travis) of Indianapolis, and Eddie & Scott Tucker (wife Jeanette), both of Shelbyville, and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother- Kevin Wayne Tucker. Stacey was a lifetime Shelbyville resident, and was a home maker. She had attended Shelbyville High School. She enjoyed reading, spending time on Facebook, and loved her dog JoJo. Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 19, 2016 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, Shelbyville, with visitation there from 11:00 until time of service. Rev. David Humphrey will officiate. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.
