Sarah J. Inmanpritt Obituary (1963

Sarah Jane Inman-Pritt, 54 passed away at her residence on February 26, 2017. She was born on January 31, 1963 to Wilbur "Landon" Brooks Inman and Carol Sue Sears Inman in Indianapolis. She married Kenneth Eugene Pritt and he Survives. Other Survivors include her Mother, Carol Sue Inman of Shallotte, NC; Grandmother Marjorie Helen Sears of Shelbyville,IN; Children Emily Brooke Pritt-Simmons(Andy) of Ash, NC; Kenneth Jordan Pritt of Shelbyville, IN; Alyssa Elayne Pritt-Kerruish(Jason) of Indianapolis, IN; Garrett Eugene Pritt (Amanda) of Fishers, IN; Sister Rebecca Inman-Strawn (Richard), And Brother Rex "Buddy" Inman of Ash, NC; Grandchildren Landon River Lewis, Bailer-Saige Elijah Simmons, Sway Azlin Simmons, Kayden Brooks Tapp, Kaleb Nathaniel Tapp, Allie Lynn Kerruish; Sarah is also survived by her best friend Joanna Simmons. She was preceded in death by her Father Wilbur "Landon" Brooks Inman, Grandfather- Rex Sears; Grandson- Salem Kenyan Simmons; Grandparents- Dosher Inman and Alice Inman. Sarah shared her time between North Carolina and Indiana. She was a nurse and Cosmetologist. She graduated from Brunswick Community College. She was a member of the New Britton Baptist Church In North Carolina. Although Sarah had many friends and family in Indiana, as the old saying goes, "Home is where the heart is..." and her heart along with many loved ones, was in North Carolina. Sarah Knew one of her reasons on this earth was to be a nurturer. Especially to her grandmother (Marjorie), where she looked after her and cared for her the past few years, and she loved doing that. Sarah stated to friends and family that God put her on the earth for this, along with many other purposes. She also enjoyed spending time with her family as well. Whether it be: fishing, going to the beach or apple orchard with her family, laughing, talking, playing games or just being a shoulder for anyone to cry on. Sarah had a great heart and would do anything for her loved ones. We loved her very much and she will be missed. Services will be held at a later date in North Carolina. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the Funeral Home.
