Regina G. Jacobs

Regina G. Jacobs, 65, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 2, 1950, to Carl Phipps and Sarah (Browning) Phipps in Shelbyville. She married Kenneth Jacobs on Sept. 12, 1970, and he survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Tracey Klawinski and husband, Keith, of Mishawaka; and grandchildren, Logan and Delaney Klawinski.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Jacobs was a lifetime resident of the area.
She graduated from Waldron High School in 1968.
She was a preschool teacher at Town and County Christian Church for 28 years.
Mrs. Jacobs was a member of Geneva United Methodist Church.
Regina loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the funeral home, with Pastor Mark Dodd officiating.
Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Geneva UMC in care of the funeral home.
