Emmett J. Lawless Jr Obituary (1927

Emmett J. Lawless Jr., 88, of St. Paul, passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus. He was born Dec. 30, 1927, to Emmett Lawless Sr. and Bessie E. Tillberry Lawless. He married Betty Hobbs Lawless, and she preceded him in death. Survivors include a son, Emmett Lawless III, of Morristown; daughter, Jan G. Jenning, of Gainesville, Florida; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one granddaughter. Mr. Lawless was a lifetime resident of the area. Mr. Lawless was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. He was a factory worker at Knauf Insulation for 26 years. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services for Mr. Lawless. Memorial contributions may be given to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, in care of Glenn E. George Funeral Home, 106 E.
