Clinton Henry Beals Jr

Clinton Henry Beals, Jr., 71, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Community Hospital North.

Born March 19, 1947 in Union City, Indiana, he was the son of Clinton Henry Beals, Sr., and Christine (Correll)
Beals. He married Charlene (Lucas) Beals on August 8, 1966 and she survives.

Other survivors include 3 children- Mike Beals (wife Cindy) of Iowa, Marcia Carter of Shelbyville, Chuck Beals of
Shelbyville; 7 siblings- Ruth Beals, Helen Lanham, Ida Nail, & Bill Beals, all of Paoli, Jim Beals of Tennessee,
Donnie Beals of Shelbyville, John Beals of Fairland; and one grandson Anthony Lucas. He was preceded in death
by his parents, brother Charles Beals, sister Betty Suits, and son-in-law Billy Carter.

Mr. Beals had lived in this area for 52 years after moving from French Lick. He graduated from French Lick High School
in 1966. He had been employed for 47 years as a custodian with Northwestern Consolidated Schools and retiring in 2015.

Henry enjoyed fishing and watching Indianapolis Colts football games on TV.

Graveside services will be 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Concord Cemetery in Paoli, Indiana with Rev. Jonathon Hall
officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon on Thursday morning at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home,
437 Amos Road.
